During the checkout process we will request the delivery address. It’s important that the information is filled completely and correctly to ensure a successful delivery.<\/p>\n
Orders are shipped from Porto, via registeres mail. As soons as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment details. If you’ve chosen the in-store pick-up option, we will send you an email so you can collect your order as soon as possible.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_id=”shippingMethods”]<\/p>\n

Delivery time is 3 to 5 business dys for orders within Portugal and 5 to 10 business days fors orders outside Portugal, after payment is made – this may be longer during busy periods.<\/p>\n
If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address, a document will be left for you to collect the order at the nearest CTT branch within the indicated timeframe.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
