CERTIFICATION


The COQUINE pieces are made fulfilling all criteria of quality, in silver 925 and silver925 with golden bath, duly certified by Contrastaria of INCM.

INCM's Contrastaria provides this guarantee through verification of the legal touch (permilagem of precious metal contained in an alloy) and the application of the contrast next to the responsibility mark, manufacturer or equivalent . The application of the marks is only obligatory in pieces weighing more than 2 grams, with legal marks of the Portuguese contrast.

The customer may, in case of doubt as to the authenticity of the trademarks, use, for the purpose of the assignment, the services of the Contestarias.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDERS

Once the online purchase is made, we ask that you make sure that you receive an email in your message box (email provided at the time of login), informing that you have just made a purchase, confirming it. From the moment of purchase, until the moment of the shipment, you will also receive, via e-mail, several notifications.





DEADLINES

We work every working day of the Portuguese calendar, with telephone contact from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Being on vacation from 13 to 26 August this year.

The delivery time of orders is 24 hours after receipt of payment.
Delivery times can be a little longer during festive periods, such as the summer or Christmas season.





PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is always made via Multibanco Reference.





DELIVERY

During the purchase process will be requested the address for delivery. It is important that the data is filled in completely and correctly to ensure successful delivery.

The orders are sent from Oporto, via CTT. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information. If you have chosen the method of picking up our showroom, we will send you an email so that you can pick up the order with us as soon as possible.





SHIPPING METHODS

- CTT


The estimated delivery time is 24 working hours, after dispatch. If there is no one to receive the order at the shipping address, a document will be left to pick up the order at the nearest CTT Station, within the indicated period.


- PICK-UP STORE (PORTO)


This option allows you to pick up the order at our address: Edificio Península, Piso 2, Sala 202,
Praça Bom Sucesso, 127/131,
4150-146 Porto.

From 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on any working day, except for rare exceptions such as festive seasons.





SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order as it finishes. For purchases in Portugal, with a value higher than 45 €, the postage will be offered.

In case of sale to other countries, the calculation will be made based on the distance and the values ​​applied by CTT. The shipping costs do not include customs fees that may be charged in the country of destination upon arrival of the order.





CARE WITH PARTS

Avoid contact with abrasive products or situations, such as cosmetics, detergents or perfumes. Condition the parts carefully so that they do not rub with other parts or create nodes in the case of wires. Avoid practicing sports with the pieces. Transpiration and chlorine do not contribute to the durability of the pieces, especially in the case of gold baths. Occasionally wipe the parts with a soft, dry cloth.

COQUINE shall have the right, on its own initiative, to correct any error or omission in any part of the website without prior notice. The price of our products will always be stipulated on our website, except for a typographical error, to which the shipping costs will always be increased.
