Avoid contact with abrasive products, such as cosmetics, detergents or perfumes. Store the pieces carefully to prevent them from rubbing against each other or, in the case of chains, from tangling. Avoid wearing the jewelry during sports activities. Sweat and chlorine can reduce the durability of the pieces, especially those with gold plating. Occasionally clean the jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.

COQUINE pieces are crafted in compliance with all quality standards, made of 925 sterling silver with gold or rhodium plating, and are duly certified by INCM’s Assay Offices.
The INCM Assay Offices provide this guarantee by verifying the legal standard (the proportion of precious metal in an alloy) and applying it alongside the responsibility mark, manufacturer’s mark, or equivalent. The application of these marks is only mandatory for silver pieces weighing more than 2 grams, with legal marks from the Portuguese Assay Office.
In case of doubt regarding the authenticity of the marks, customers may contact the Assay Office services for verification.

You will receive an email confirming your order and another one once it has been shipped.
We work every working day of the Portuguese calendar, with telephone contact from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The delivery time for orders is 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. Delivery times can be longer during festive periods, such as the summer or Christmas season.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide a delivery address. It is important that the details are filled in completely and correctly to ensure successful delivery.
Orders are shipped from Porto via registered CTT (Portuguese Postal Service). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information. If you chose the pick-up option at our store, we will send you an email when your order is ready for collection.
Delivery times are 1 to 3 business days for orders within Portugal and 5 to 10 business days for international orders, after payment is confirmed. Delivery may take longer during holiday periods.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, a notice will be left for you to pick up the order at the nearest CTT station within the specified time.

Exchanges and returns must be made within 15 days after receiving your order. Our jewelry may be exchanged for an item of equal value. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges communicated or sent outside the deadline as well as items that are not in the same condition in which they were acquired.
