You should avoid abrasive product, usually cosmetics, detergents or perfumes. Keep pieces with care, in order not to friction with other pieces nor, if it’s a necklace, entangle. Avoid playing sports with the pieces. Sweat and chlorine do not contribute to the durability of the pieces, specially regarding the gold plated ones. Clean, ocasionally, with a soft, dry cloth.

COQUINE pieces are made meeting all quality criteria, in silver, gold and/or rhodium plating, duly certified by the Assay Office (Contrastaria) of INCM.
The INCM Assay Offices provide this guarantee through the verification of the legal hallmark (assaying of precious metal content in alloy) and its application alongside the responsability mark, manufacturer’s mark or equivalent. The application of hallmarks is only mandatory for pieces weighing more than 2 grams of silver, with the legal hallmark of the Poruguese assay office.
The customer may, in case of doubt about the authenticity of the hallmarks, resort to the Assay Offices for verification purposes.

You’ll receive an email with the confirmation of the order and another confirming its shipping.
We work every business day of the Portuguese calendar, with phone support form 9h00 to 18h00.
The estimated delivery time is from 24 to 48 hours after payment.
The delivery deadlines may be extended during holidays, suchs as summer or Christmas.
During the checkout process we will request the delivery address. It’s important that the information is filled completely and correctly to ensure a successful delivery.
Orders are shipped from Porto, via registeres mail. As soons as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment details. If you’ve chosen the in-store pick-up option, we will send you an email so you can collect your order as soon as possible.
Delivery time is 3 to 5 business dys for orders within Portugal and 5 to 10 business days fors orders outside Portugal, after payment is made – this may be longer during busy periods.
If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address, a document will be left for you to collect the order at the nearest CTT branch within the indicated timeframe.
