Shipping and deliveries

ORDERS

You will receive an email confirming your order and another one once it has been shipped.

DELIVERY

During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide a delivery address. It is important that the details are filled in completely and correctly to ensure successful delivery.

Orders are shipped from Porto via registered CTT (Portuguese Postal Service). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information. If you chose the pick-up option at our store, we will send you an email when your order is ready for collection.

SHIPPING METHODS

– CTT

Delivery times are 1 to 3 business days for orders within Portugal and 5 to 10 business days for international orders, after payment is confirmed. Delivery may take longer during holiday periods.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, a notice will be left for you to pick up the order at the nearest CTT station within the specified time.

– PICK-UP STORE (PORTO)

Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be added to the total order amount upon checkout.

For deliveries within Portugal, the shipping fee is €4.50.

For deliveries outside of Portugal, the fee is €9 for EU countries and €12 for non-EU countries.

Shipping costs do not include customs fees that may be charged upon arrival in the destination country.
